Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for an upcoming assignment at a newly opening freestanding emergency facility. Selected candidates will complete orientation and training at a main hospital location prior to the facilitys launch. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to handle both adult and pediatric cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care for a diverse patient population (adult and pediatric)
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and prioritize care effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of recent well-rounded Emergency Department experience (adult & pediatric)
- Active RN license
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Preferred Certifications:
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
