Our Supportive Living neighborhoods Personal Care and Memory Care provides care and supervision to residents. Personal Care is a 19 bed unit with alert and oriented residents. Memory Care is a locked unit for 21 residents. These neighborhoods provide a great opportunity to provide hands-on care and social interaction for our residents.
We are currently recruiting for candidates interested in working full and part-time opportunities. The flexibility of these openings is spread across all three shifts:
- Days (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
- Evenings (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
- Nights (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
Full-Time Employees are eligible for medical insurance the first of the month following date of hire and can start accruing paid time off upon hire. Term Life Accidental Death & Dismemberment Short-Term and Long-Term Disability are paid to all full-time employees at no additional cost. Pickering Manor offers a 401K Retirement Savings Plan with a company match to employee contributions.

Qualifications
Interested candidates for Supportive Living must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Obtain a Direct Care Worker certification for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
CPR certification is desired.
