Job Summary:

As the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor you will plan organize and set priorities for daily operations. You will mentor and motivate rehab staff while ensuring quality care and the safety of patients visitors and employees.

You will create daily staffing schedules and orient new team members. As a supervisor you will monitor the budget and ensure supplies are in stock and processes are in place to ensure appropriate inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree in PT or OT

5 years of clinical experience

Licensed in the state of Ohio and/or Michigan

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in PT OT SLP or related health care administration
