A Day in the Life

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid drivers license is essential for this role.

As one of three comprehensive portfolios at Medtronic Neuroscience is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders spine conditions and chronic pain. Our Pelvic Health Operating Unit advances care for patients living with bladder and bowel control conditions through targeted minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies including sacral and tibial solutions. Designed to modulate nerve pathways and restore communication between the brain and pelvic floor these programmable therapies deliver personalized treatment supported by strong clinical evidence and long-term outcomeshelping improve confidence independence and quality of life.

As a Pelvic Health Therapy Development Specialist you will play a critical role in the successful introduction and adoption of new OAB (overactive bladder) therapies. You will provide in-depth technical support and guidance to help HCP teams build confidencecapabilityand belief in our innovative new therapies. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to partner with HCPs to offer new therapies and motivated to expand accessforpatients. You willpossessa strong background in medical device technologypossessproduct and procedureexpertise therapy development experience a strongtrack recordof agility and adaptability to learn and the ability to manage and collaborate with complex stakeholders and build effective working relationships.

This role will require 70% travel within the assigned district and potentially outside of the district as business needsdictate.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Therapy Implementation

Own the customer implementation process and procedural success metrics to drive adoption of new Pelvic Health therapies within targeted accounts. Seta strong foundationfor customer and procedural independence and program growth

Guide medical professionals tosafely and effectively use new therapies including but not limited to implant and technologies that enable procedure success. Provide education and technical support to HCPs to enhance their understanding usage and long-term adoption of new therapies

Identifyimplementation and broader adoption challenges anddeterminethe mostappropriate avenuefor resolution

Conduct reviews with HCP teams to provide metrics on implementation status discusssuccessesand address any challenges. Gather and analyze feedback from physicians and clinician teams toidentifyareas for improvement optimization and long-term adoption

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and product development to ensure a successful product launch

Market Development

Partner with District Manager Marketing Medical Education and Field Market Development toidentifycurrent and future needs related to procedure market development at targeted accounts

Develop and execute therapy development plans for each target account to support sustained adoption

Customer Relationship Management

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with HCP and staff at supported sites

Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare provider teams to address any concerns or questions related to new products

Case Coverage

Provide on-site technical support duringinitialprocedures to ensure the proper use

Assistphysicians and clinical staff with technical guidance and troubleshooting during procedures

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines during product usage in the OR/ASC/Office

Clinicalexpertise

Stay up to date on latest clinical publications

Attend at least 1 physician training potentially supports cadaverportionof that training

In accordance withapplicable Medtronic policies and procedures sharenew supportmaterials ( publications case libraries etc.) with HCPs

Share insights and best practices with internal teams

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on the latest advancements in relevant technology and surgical techniques

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and technical support processes

Qualifications:
Must Have:MinimumRequirements
To be considered for this role please ensure theminimumrequirements areevidenton your resume.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8 years experience*
OR Associates Degree AND 6 years experience*
OR Bachelors Degree AND 4 years experience*

*Relevant sales clinical or related experience in medical devices medtech healthcare or life sciences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field

Experience with product launch and market introduction of medical devices

Proventrack recordof successful physician training and/or case coverage

Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical device technology

Confidence toprovide physician constructive feedback to improve performance

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners to assess and address barriers to full adoption

Ability to manage change in a way that reduces the concern experienced by others

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$125000.00 - $125000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
