Job Summary
Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton New Jerseyan independent Catholic all-girls PS12 Sacred Heart school dedicated to educating the whole child and inspiring young women to lead lives of exceptional leadership and serviceis seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach for the Upper School for the 202627 academic year.
This is a seasonal stipend-based position. Compensation is based on a candidates education years of experience skill set and internal equity.
Fall 2026 Upper School Volleyball Coaching Details
Season: August 17- November 20th
Practice Schedule: MondayFriday generally 3:305:30 PM
Games: Mostly weekday afternoons; occasional later commitments may be required
Weekends: Minimal
Stipend Range: $4000$4600
The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of team operations and athlete development.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and leading practices
Coach and support athletes during games
Provide individualized instruction and feedback
Promote teamwork program values and a positive team environment
Attend all practices games and team events
Qualifications
Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals; prior coaching or playing experience preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with the Head Coach and Athletics staff
Reliability and commitment to the full season schedule
Enthusiasm for mentoring young women in athletics
