| KRA1 | ZONAL COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS: Ensure Review check and implement Commercial Operations at zonal level for smooth proper and accurate operation of business | 1. | KRA3 | ZONAL COMMERCIAL /SALES ACCOUNTING: Ensure review and Control Commercial/Sales accounting fund flow at zonal level for smooth operation of business. | To coordinate with various depots and help the local accountant at depot in various activities such as raising invoices making collection advices debit/credit notes etc and make proper accounting. Proper and accurate execution of all type of Sales & Marketing Accounting reporting at Zonal Level as per account standard. To forecast funds flow & Review the funds flow regularly Monitor and co-ordinate for speedy collections. Co-ordinate with Central Office for funds deployment/requirement. Timely Bank reconciliation balance confirmation from stockists parties. Accounting of TA Bills Godown Rental etc. Check and Account for all the expenses vouchers on routine basis. Taking care of Zonal P&B Exercise to assist Zonal Head & Birla White CMO Mumbai. Review Actual vs Budget regularly and take corrective actions. Proper accounting of companys assets. Development and periodic review of Sales and Marketing Performance indicators of the Zone like credit limit review cheque bouncing no. of days outstanding etc. Ensure payment of correct amount as per the companys defined incentive/discount scheme etc. Various payments to parties. To assist to DH Commercial and depot operation in preparation of balance sheet. |
| KRA4 | DEPOT OPERATIONS: Ensure smooth depot operations & maintenance and proper accounting in all depots. | Ensure proper physical stock taking of finished goods. Finalization of loading/unloading rates location transport rates along with regular monitoring. Proper analysis of realizations at different depots. Finalization of Interdepot transportation rates at Zonal Level. Finalization & Negotiation of Godown Rent. Accounting of depot expenses loading/unloading bills. Supervision of depot accountants of the zone. Timely disposal of damaged stocks as per laid down procedures. Carry out routine Depot Audits. Monitor and control C&F agents expenses (Depot expenses) and ensure smooth running of depot operations as per the companys laid down procedure. |
| KRA5 | MIS & ANALYSIS: Ensure preparation and timely updation of Commercial MIS at zonal level with action points | Timely Preparation of accurate Zonal Commercial MIS. Proper analysis of data and implementation of corrective actions. Advice concerned zonal head based on MIS on commercial matters |
| KRA6 | COST OPTIMIZATION AND SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT To ensure optimize cost in all major areas and effective implementation of internal control systems | Striving for containment of cost in all major areas and to strengthen internal control systems. Ensuring timely Insurance claims C-forms Collections etc. Improving speed & responsiveness. Strengthen internal control systems. Regular review and compliance of all SOPs procedures & marketing policies and reporting of deviations. |
| KRA7 | LEGAL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE AUDIT: 1. Ensure compliance of statutory provisions and audit in entire zone. 2. To ensure legal action in matters related to defaulters. | Checking the correctness of c- forms and compliance of other legal requirements like shop and establishment act weight & measures act professional tax company law requirement etc. Attending the legal cases and ensure speedy conclusions. Ensure compliance of various laws applicable in the zones. Compliance of Audit points preparation & implementations of Action plan. To ensure legal action in matters related to defaulters demands penalties against the company as per co.s policies and guidelines. |
