Job Description
Role: Engineering Project Support 1 - CAN
Contract Duration: 04/13/2026 to 07/31/2026
Work Site: Toronto ON - on site Monday - Friday
Description:
* Supports the Engineering team by performing administrative tasks such as: travel management correspondence taking minutes etc.* May act as technical team assistance in the engineering organization. 2 years or Master Entry
Responsibilities:
Assist with documenting project progress (installation commissioning legal closeout etc.)
Assist with safety coordination and documentation
Assist with Method of Procedure documentation (MOPs)
Assist with other project documentation
Minor support tasks (labels printouts etc.)
Develop commissioning documentation form templates.
Manage material logistics and site stock.
Delivery coordination to and from site.
New worker site orientations
Manage electronic documentation standards and storage policies
