TheAnalyst Tech Innovationis responsible formanaging the Investment Management Groups(IMG)technology initiatives across multiple platformsand solving critical pain points for our stakeholders. Serving as a keyliaisonrepresentingIMGtoTechnologythis role willcoordinate with IMG stakeholders todrivethe growth and enhancement ofour technology and data capabilities.

EssentialJobDutiesandResponsibilities

• Ingest and definescopeofinitiatives including but not limitedto:process creationprocessimprovement object overhaul andmodificationson our platforms

• Ingest and definescope of various dashboard creation enhancement and modification on our Tableau platform

• Coordinate withsupervisorto prepare and presentinitiatives to IMG Senior Leadership

• Tracks and monitors progress of all initiatives while communicating progress and blockers

• Manages scope corrections additions and changes to ensure proper alignment while also communicating delivery adjustments

• Leadspost deliveryfeedbackand training process to ensureinitiative functionalityaddresses stakeholders concerns

• Manages defines and tracks bugs adjustment requests andsubsequentiterations on functionality

• Ensures proper coordination betweenTechnology and relevant stakeholders to provide feedback and clarification on initiatives as necessary

• Establish and foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and direct communication around current and future product efforts.

• Identifyopportunities to increase data resources and capabilities

• Collaborate with the Data and Analyticsteam todeliver enhanced data science and modelingdashboardsreportsandinsights

Educationand/orExperience

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Real Estate or related field

• 1-2 years of project management experience

• Prior experience working with software delivery teams preferred

• Project management certificationshelpful but not

• Real estate experience (single family or multifamily)highly preferred but not

• Current drivers license and automobile insurance

• Strong communicationskillsandability to drive results through and with others

• Experience developing improving and streamlining processes and reporting

• Experience using Lucid chart or other flowchart and diagramming software

• ProficiencyutilizingOutlook Microsoft Word PowerPointExceland basic OS tools

• Empathy for the associate experiences as an equal footing input to prioritization

• Familiarity withTableau

• Knowledge of data sciencetools(Python and R)and methodologies(regression clustering data wrangling)
