What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay based on project scope

• Performance-based bonuses

• Average annual earnings: $80000$125000

About the Role

• Install bath remodeling products in accordance with Renuity quality standards

• Complete all required finishing work to ensure a polished professional result

• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout each installation

• Communicate job progress updates to the management team as needed

• Maintain full weekly availability (SundaySaturday) to complete in-home installations

• Receive biweekly pay with eligibility for monthly performance-based bonuses (varies by job type)

• Represent the Renuity brand with professionalism quality workmanship and strong customer service

Key Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years carpentry/remodeling experience

• Experience in finish carpentry required

• Working knowledge of plumbing valves and drains preferred

• Drywall finish and painting experience preferred

• Plumbing and bath remodeling experience preferred

• A valid drivers license and clean driving record

• MVR and criminal background checks in pre-hire process
