Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) $50$60/hr Guaranteed Pay School-Based East Corinth VT

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in East Corinth Vermont beginning August 2026 for the school year.

This role serves a PK8 student population and is primarily direct therapy services (mostly pull-out) with some case management responsibilities.

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) interested in pediatric and school-based therapy.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services (primarily pull-out) to PK8 students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
• Manage a caseload including IEP case management responsibilities
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonology
  • Receptive and expressive language
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency and voice disorders
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and compliance records
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
• Active Vermont SLP license (or eligibility)
• Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy or special education preferred
• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
