Role Summary:
Were looking for a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive Globalitys growth from market awareness to new logo acquisition. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing youll translate strategy into high-impact campaigns across paid digital and content channels while owning performance optimization and cross-functional alignment. Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Palo Alto office and requires a minimum of 4 days in office.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns translating GTM strategy into high-impact programs that drive brand awareness pipeline growth and new logo acquisition.
- Define and execute the digital marketing strategy across web SEO paid and owned social search and media sponsorships with rigorous performance tracking continuous optimization and stakeholder reporting.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional GTM teams to ensure tight alignment on strategy priorities and key programs.
- Manage and brief agency partners to deliver standout creative messaging and content that supports campaign objectives.
- Own the end-to-end campaign calendar aligning initiatives across marketing and GTM teams to maximize reach impact and efficiency.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve conversion pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Leverage AI data and experimentation to enhance personalization operational efficiency and overall campaign effectiveness.
What we are looking for:
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
- Proven track record designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong data fluency you know how to analyze performance identify whats working and optimize quickly.
- Experience owning campaign strategy frameworks and reporting not just execution.
- Skilled at managing agencies and external vendors to deliver high-quality work.
- Natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with Sales Product and Customer-facing teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns timelines and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Procurement or CPO buyer personas is a strong plus.
The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $120000-$170000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globalitys total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act.
