Job Summary: | We are seeking an Unemployment Coordinator to join the Employee Relations and Performance team within Central Human Resources at the CU Anschutz Campus. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing unemployment claim processes ensuring timely and accurate responses and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This position also partners closely with supervisors and HR colleagues to support effective employment practices across the campus and contribute to a consistent fair and compliant employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage Unemployment Program (80% at Intermediate level):
HR Campus Leave Support (10% at Intermediate level):
Employee Relations Process Administration (10% Intermediate level)

Work Location: | This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on the Anschutz campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Entry: $55000 - $59000 Intermediate: $60000 - $65000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
