Staff Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview:

You dont just design systems you shape how businesses sell scale and succeed. As a Sales Cloud Solution Architect youll lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture driving high-impact CRM solutions across quoting CPQ AI-powered automation and customer lifecycle management. Youll work hands-on with stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable integrated solutions while influencing strategy improving data flows and embedding AI into go-to-market processes. • Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud architectures covering CPQ automation and customer lifecycle workflows.
• Lead end-to-end solution design from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimization.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms (ERP data warehouses middleware) using APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Drive AI and automation initiatives across sales and commercial operations to improve efficiency and insights.
• Define data models governance standards and best practices for performance security and scalability.
• Mentor developers and admins while guiding cross-functional teams through successful delivery

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect with deepexpertisein Sales Cloud
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex integrated environments.
• Solid knowledge of CPQ CLM Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and CRM process design
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware like MuleSoft Boomi or Informatica)
• Strong understanding of data modeling automation (Flows Apex) and platform architecture best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
• A proactive self-starting mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
