Knowledge Management & Innovation Intern

Interns may assist with evaluating and documenting AI and legal technology tools supporting pilot programs analyzing data building simple dashboards or prototypes preparing summaries for internal review and contributing to internal playbooks and knowledge resources. This role offers hands-on experience with innovation processes technology adoption and cross-team collaboration.

This internship can be based in any of the following office locations:

• Silicon Valley CA
• Santa Monica CA
• San Francisco CA
• Seattle WA
• Washington D.C.
• New York NY

The position offers a hybrid schedule requiring at least one day onsite per week in office with the possibility of additional required inoffice days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program
• Interest in AI technology or process improvement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a professional environment

The anticipated pay rate for our internship is $21 -$25 per hour.

Depending on the role the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
