Dentist Locum

Locum Tenens Dentist Opportunity

• Up to $150/hr ($1200 per day) PLUS hotel and transportation
• Locations Available: Caldwell & Nampa Idaho
• Must be Medicaid Credentialed upon start of assignment

Location And Dates:

• Nampa ID: July 15 22 29 August 4 7 12 14
• Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Caldwell ID: June 16 July 21 28 31 August
• Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Fridays: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Most offices are 80% kids and 20% adults
• High volume Medicaid practices. Our doctors see up to 12 operative patients and 24 hygiene exams per day
• Candidates must be comfortable seeing kids and adults
• Our staffing model includes 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist per Doctor
• Must have at least two years of experience

We expect you to have the following:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications as required - CPR DEA etc.
