Skills you bring for success:

Ability to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to problems to become your customers Trusted Advisor

2 years of in-home or consultative sales experience. HVAC sales is a plus but not a requirement

Learn and help grow our No Objections non-technical sales system
Manage your customers experience throughout the sales process and beyond to create your Customers for Life
Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a 5-Star Experience
Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
Current Virginia drivers license
Must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
