We are seeking a highly experienced and service-oriented Senior IT Support & Audio-Visual (AV) Support to provide hands-on white-glove technology support for our leadership team and employees located in our Fort Lauderdale and Miami/Coral Gables locations. This role blends executive IT support on-site helpdesk responsibilities and advanced AV support for meetings presentations and company events.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise exceptional communication skills and a calm professional presence when supporting senior leaders in high-visibility time-sensitive situations. Discretion reliability and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Key responsibilities:

Audio-Visual (AV) Support

  • Configure test and support AV systems for executive meetings board meetings town halls and company events.
  • Provide real-time in-room AV support during high-stakes meetings to resolve issues promptly
  • Partner with third-party vendors and platforms (e.g. Zoom Teams WebEx) to ensure compatibility and reliability.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conference room technology including video conferencing systems displays microphones speakers video switchers and control systems.
  • Familiarity with Analog & Digital Audio Mixers wireless microphone systems and video switchers
  • Ability to terminate cables (Cat6 BNC Coax XLR RCA etc.)
  • Support after-hours meetings and events as needed; occasional travel required.
  • Knowledge of vMix production software is a plus

Helpdesk Support

  • Serve as primary on-site IT support resource for leadership
  • Provide white-glove support before during and after meetings presentations and travel-related technology needs.
  • Act as main liaison between on-site users and remote IT teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware software and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Install configure and maintain laptops desktops mobile devices peripherals and conference room technology.
  • Manage user accounts permissions and access via Active Directory Office 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Document solutions processes and best practices in the IT knowledge base.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on end-user IT support experience in a corporate environment including direct support of leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 Office 365 ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems); macOS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise hardware networking fundamentals and AV systems.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized responsive and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional demeanor sound judgement and strong customer service mindset.
  • Wiling to travel between our Fort Lauderdale and Miami locations- will be scheduled in advance but travel flexiblity is key.
