Do you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for translating complex information into engaging and accessible content

We are seeking a SeniorContent Designer who can help us shape the narrative of our trading products. We are looking for someone who thrives on understanding technical software products and finds excitement in the fast-paced world of financial markets preferablyfuturestrading. You will play a vital role in enhancing our user experience and customer understanding of ourfuturestrading platform by developing clear compelling content. Your work will empower our traders to fully engage with ourcutting-edgetools and services.

In this role you will:

• Write user-centric content to help users easily navigate understand and make decisions to solve their problems
• Closely collaborate with designers UX researchers product managers and data partners to deeply understand user problemsthen craft content that simplifies complex concepts into approachable and actionable experiences
• Establish and streamline content creation testing review feedback and approval processes to align closely with the product development process
• Develop UX writing guidelines specific to digital product experiences prioritizing consistent voice and tone across userjourneysand ensuring cohesion across offerings
• Incorporate and implement content research to ensure resonance and understanding for our usersiteratingandoptimizingbased on user feedback performance metrics and industry trends
• Serve as an expert in user needs goals and behaviors
• Provide leadership direction and mentorship to team members and educate cross-functional partners on the role of UX writing and content strategy throughout the product development process
• Contribute to a team organization and culture that is user-focused and data-driven with a strong emphasis on research and client feedback

Whatyoullneed:

• 5 years of experience writing content for complex software products preferably in fintech or a related industry
• A robust portfoliodemonstratinga range of styles across multichannel products backed by research-informed decisions
• Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered content strategies
• Knowledge ofAP writing styleand how to applyitto product content
• Adaptable empathetic and solution-oriented
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to confidently work with and clearly communicate with leads directors and above
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects to meet deliverables within agreedtimeframes

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $110000.00 - $160000.00 addition this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowanceaccruesat a rate of18 daysper year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California Colorado Florida Georgia Illinois Indiana Minnesota Missouri Montana New Jersey New York North Carolina Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania South Carolina Texas Utah Vermont Virginia Washington Washington DC Wisconsin.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday with remote work on Mondays and addition to these weekly remote days we offer:

• 20additionalflex remote days annually
