- Expected Pay Range: $32.64 - $41.00
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What Youll Do
- Perform daily maintenance troubleshooting and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
- Complete emergency repairs routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Partner with Production Engineering Quality Safety and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency quality and output.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned.
- Support facility maintenance needs including structural and exterior repairs and assist with complex maintenance projects.
What Youll Bring
- Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment preferably food production.
- Strong working knowledge of equipment controls manufacturing technologies and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and exercise sound judgment when responding to issues.
- High school diploma or GED required with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Frequent standing walking and use of hands and arms with occasional sitting and reaching.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and perform tasks at elevated heights when required.
- Exposure to wet or humid conditions fumes or airborne particles extreme cold and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Daily work in a refrigerated production environment.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
