Job Summary
| Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM 3 available positions RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically ICF-IDD Regulations DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards Rules and Directives. Must possess valid LVN license. Must have at least 2 years of experience Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements. Must submit to HHSC required drug test. Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting. Must complete facility and HHSC required training. |
