High-Earning Sales Role Inbound Leads Provided
Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive to help convert potential clients into retained this role you will speak with individuals who have already reached out to the firm for legal help and guide them through the process of retaining our services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional who enjoys helping people while earning strong commissions.
- Inbound leads provided no cold calling
- Base salary upside commission
- High conversion opportunity
- Speak with potential clients who contact the firm seeking legal representation
- Conduct consultations to understand their situation and legal needs
- Clearly explain the firms services and retainer process
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close opportunities
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM
- Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth onboarding
- 2 years of sales client acquisition or intake experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations with confidence
- Goal-oriented with strong closing ability
- Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Law firm or legal intake experience is a plus but not required
