As we continue to grow were excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warranty/Service Department in an administrative role.
What youll do:
- Support our service team with scheduling communication and coordination
- Assist with warranty claims and customer service inquiries
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain precise real-time records within the CRM software for all clients
- Review customer purchase order and collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies before work begins
