Position Summary:

Werehiring aDirector ofProductto own the strategic direction of our productdefining where it goes why it matters and how we prioritize what gets built. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy company goals and technical direction.

You will own the longterm product roadmap make final prioritization decisions and ensure our product investments align with customer needs revenueobjectives and platform evolution. This is a senior highimpact role focused on clarity alignment and decisionmaking.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadershipteamto align product and company objectives
• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy
• Translate business goals and market opportunities into product direction
• Own and drive a 1218 monthstrategic product roadmap
• Set product priorities themes and sequencing across initiatives
• Serve as the escalation point and final approver for highimpact product decisions
• Balance customer needs revenue goals and delivery capacity
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align product ambition with platform scalability
• Leaddevelopand growthe product management team through coaching mentorship and clear product practices
• Analyze product and technology investments toidentifycost efficiencies andoperational improvements
• Own and drive product delivery across the Agile development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of productmanagementexperience including senior product leadership
• Proven ownership of product strategy and longtermroad mapping
• Strong business and revenue alignment mindset
• Experience partnering deeply with engineering leadership
• Comfortable making highimpact decisions with incomplete information
• Experience managing international teams across multiple time zones
• Experience with healthcare interoperability (EMR) valuebased care and population health

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise healthcare software or SaaS platforms
• Strong interest or experience applying AI/ML solutions in healthcare
• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics APIs cloud architectures and security/compliance requirements
• Experience in startup or highgrowth environments

Base Salary:$160K$170K base salary plus performance bonus and benefitscommensuratewith experience.
