Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and manage enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform implementations acting as a senior product functional lead or platform owner.
- Oversee ServiceNow solutions for multiple stakeholder groups with varying and competing priorities.
- Design configure and optimize ServiceNow workflows forms data models CMDB and integrations.
- Manage and implement core ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM and GRC.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data quality within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities and participate in Greenfield ServiceNow projects.
- Hold and maintain ServiceNow Technical Architect certification.
- Work onsite 3 days a week in Jersey City Tampa or Dallas (local candidates preferred).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes through the effective use of ServiceNow.
