Senior Director, Children's Employed Provider (CEP) Group Administrative Leader

Job Summary
The Childrens Employed Providers (CEP) Senior Director will serve as the key administrative and financial manager for the CEP practice plan in a collaborative dyad partnership with the Senior Medical Director of CEP. Seattle Childrens Hospital (SCH) employs physicians advanced practice providers (APPs) clinical PhDs and other providers. Also the Senior Director will serve as a primary linkage between the Provider Strategy Division and CEP.
The Senior Director is a visionary leader that will partner with the Senior Medical Director to form and grow a new high-performing employed medical group at SCH that will recruit/retain top provider talent. This group will be a critical part of helping SCH achieve its strategic goals at home and in the WAMI region. This leader will partner with other hospital administrative leaders to build and ensure infrastructure is in place to support the providers practice experience and the overall group operations including governance processes analytics and execution of key medical group functions.
Initially the Senior Director will function primarily through partnership across other hospital departments however the provider compensation team will report directly to them and they will be supported by a Program Manager. Additional supervisory/functional oversight will be determined based on development of a detailed group infrastructure plan.
Required Education and Experience
Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a complex healthcare provider setting with management-level responsibility.
Preferred
Experience in a pediatric setting.
Medical group leadership experience including oversight of provider compensation/FMV provider practice financial management provider benchmarking and professional billing/revenue cycle.
Compensation Range
$208017.00 - $312025.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
