What we will achieve together:
The HR Generalist will work transversally across two locations to support key human resources functions including recruitment learning and development leaves of absence data management and KPI reporting. This role will also support projects to ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Salary Range: $72000 - $90000
Key Responsibilities include:
Support recruitment efforts across multiple departments for professional roles including candidate sourcing resume screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Develop track and maintain recruitment and onboarding metrics to measure effectiveness and communicate performance to HR leadership.
Manage employee date entry and updates in SAP and Dayforce collaborating closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organizational structure in SAP to ensure accurate assignment of payroll wages cost centers and employee data.
Administer leave of absence process ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Federal and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) including coordinating with third party administrator documentation benefits continuation and return-to-work process.
Support and coordinate learning and development initiatives including scheduling training sessions maintaining training records and assisting with program implementation.
Collaborate with HR team members to support initiatives related to employee onboarding engagement annual reviews annual events and charitable activities.
Participate in and support HR projects as assigned by the HR Director or Vice President of Human Resources.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Key Skills: Strong working knowledge of California wage and hour laws effective communication strong organization and follow through working collaboratively in a global team environment.
