The Opportunity
A well-established independent anesthesia group in the Quad Cities area of Illinois is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned CRNA who values clinical autonomy exceptional compensation and true work-life balance. You will work independently across a full-service hospital two ambulatory surgery centers and a GI suite - with the option to pick up voluntary call for additional income on your own terms. Practice Coverage

Case Mix

- No neuro/spine cases
Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification - required
- Experienced CRNAs only - this is an independent practice position
- Active Illinois CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Iowa CRNA license a plus - or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent autonomous practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
