Job Summary
What Youll Do:
The Global Field Marketing Organization drives market penetration customer engagement and pipeline generation across key U.S. and EMEA regions. The team works cross-functionally with sales product marketing events brand and demand to execute high-impact programs tailored to business priorities industry dynamics and strategic accounts.
About the role:
As a Senior Marketing Manager Americas you will be a core operator in CoreWeaves field marketing engine. You will own the day-to-day design and execution of regional go-to-market programs that create and accelerate pipeline and revenue across CoreWeaves priority markets. Youll translate global strategy into targeted sales-aligned programs focused on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
You will lead regional planning and execution across field events executive and CXO programs and high-touch account-based marketingworking in tight alignment with Sales to drive deal progression deepen executive relationships and advance late-stage pipeline.
Operating as a precision execution arm of Marketing you will partner with Demand Generation Product Marketing Events and Partner Marketing to convert scaled demand into tangible regional revenue outcomes.
Who You Are:
- 5 years in B2B marketing at a high-growth technology or enterprise company with experience in field marketing executive programs strategic events or ABM supporting the Americas market.
- Proven track record owning end-to-end execution of complex multi-day regional programs (field events executive forums CXO programs) from brief and agenda design through audience targeting invitations logistics on-site delivery and post-program follow-up.
- Experience designing and running executive-level (VP/CSuite) programs that can be tied to pipeline creation opportunity progression and deal velocity with clear pre/post-program goals and reporting.
- Experience translating global or corporate marketing strategy into regional go-to-market plans including selecting the right mix of field events executive experiences and account-based programs to support territory and account goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and operationalize target account and contact lists (e.g. who should be in the room) including nomination criteria coverage plans and alignment with Sales territories segments and opportunity stages.
- Hands-on experience setting and tracking program KPIs (e.g. account and contact coverage registrations attendance meetings sourced and influenced pipeline stage progression references) using CRM and marketing systems (e.g. Salesforce plus a marketing automation/ABM platform).
- Experience working as a day-to-day marketing partner to Sales in-regionparticipating in pipeline reviews account planning and forecast discussions to prioritize programs that support late-stage pipeline and strategic accounts.
- Familiarity with AI cloud infrastructure data or developer-centric products or prior experience marketing technical solutions to CTO CIO CDO VP Engineering and AI/ML leadership audiences with the ability to quickly ramp on CoreWeaves AI infrastructure offerings.

The base salary range for this role is $115000 to $168000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge skills experience and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
