Summary

Join CentraCares Southway Clinic as a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) and build your own patient panel while delivering comprehensive patient-centered care across the lifespan. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a collaborative primary care setting diagnosing and treating acute conditions managing chronic illnesses and providing preventive care such as routine exams screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling.

Schedule

• Full-time 1.0 FTE Onsite CentraCare-Southway Family Medicine St. Cloud MN

• Days 5 8-hour shifts 8:00am 5:00pm

  • Monday- Friday

• No nights weekends holidays or call responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$109241.60 - $124904 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine Walk-In Clinic Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
