POSITIONAVAILABLE: BehaviorAnalyst OR Behavior Specialist

POSITION LOCATION:Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) serving districts in the Red Wing MN area.

POSITIONSUMMARY:

Behavior Analyst ï½Conducts descriptive and systematic (e.g. analogue) behavioral assessments including functional analyses and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The behavior analyst designs and supervises behavior analytic interventions.

Behavior Specialist -Assists Educational Learning Center in the design and implementation of child-specific individualized intervention plans; conducts behavioral assessments; assist with program design data collection and monitoring.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESANDDUTIES:

Behavior Analyst - Developsand implements appropriateassessments and behavioral interventionmethods forusein unfamiliarsituationsandfora rangeofcases;consultsand provides stafftraining to supportintervention plans atschool and community; providestechnicalsupportand in-servicetraining programsforteachersandotherstaffon appliedbehavioralanalysis;maintains a caseload of students supported at the site;and provides regular servicereviewstoensureongoingcompliancewith implementationof behaviorplans.

Behavior Specialist -Assists in developing and implementing appropriate assessments and behavioral intervention methods for use in unfamiliar situations and for a range of cases; provides feedback on behavioral assessments interventions and strategies; provides technical support and in-service training programs for teachers and other staff; consults and provides staff training; provides regular service reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with implementation of behavior plans under the guidance of the Behavior Analyst;maintains a caseload of students supported at the site; andserves as a liaison between Educational Learning Center and other agencies.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:

Behavior Analyst - MastersDegreerequired and musthaveor bewilling to obtain Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification. Willing to obtain licensure as a Behavior Analyst from the MN Board of Psychology; Valid drivers license required.

Behavior Specialist- Associates Degree and extensive experience in a job related field or Bachelors degree with moderate experience in a job related field. Valid drivers license required.

CONTRACT/SALARY:Full-time contract for the 26-27 school year beginning on August 4 2026. Behavior Specialist salary range of $50462 to$71658. Behavior Analyst salary range of $63576 to $90336. Salary depending on education qualifications abilities and experience. The role includes excellent benefits.
