Service Supervisor

The Role

Elastomers Australia are currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisorto join and support our team in Emerald. The main focus of this role isto coordinate and supervise daily activities of work crews on our Client mine sites to ensure compliance with internal client and legislative OHS / training requirements are met.

Duties

• Lead Service crews in the execution of mine site work as per approved planning of scope of work specifications.
• Provideinstruction guidance and feedback to the team.
• Communicatewith our client mine sitecontacts and deliver feedback and recommendations regarding the equipment and service of screen media systems.
• High quality service documentation to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and escalate performance related concerns to management where required.

What we are looking for

• Ability to lead and supervise service crews with the capability to think on your feet and rectify issues as they arise
• Experience in coordinating servicing and maintenance activities on mine sites is desirable
• Strong communication planning and time management skills
• Strong computer skills (Outlook and Microsoft Office)
• Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel to various mine sites on a regular basis
