Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer enquiries from Fund members/employers promptly politely and consistently across the team. Access system data as necessary to assist and provide general advice on Vision Supers products and services
  • Arrange and conduct general superannuation advice interviews for members and their partners
  • Participate in outbound calling and targeted member marketing campaigns including welcoming new members to the fund and identifying opportunities for members to make the most of their superannuation entitlements

About you!

Ideally you will have post secondary qualifications and looking for an entry-level customer service role. You could be fresh out of school or TAFE/ University or returning to work! The main aspect is having a positive mindset and wanting to help customers!

Were looking for someone who:
  • Has a warm engaging and solutions focused attitude when it comes to customers
  • Has experience in customer service roles (i.e. hospitality retail or contact center)
  • Is keen and motivated to be in a client-facing role (phone email and some face to face)
  • Can demonstrate experience working effectively in a customer service team

Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • A positive member focused attitude
  • Good keyboard general computer and numeracy skills
  • The ability to adapt to a range of situations and take on different tasks as required

Education qualifications and accreditation:

  • Successful completion of secondary education
  • Super Foundations (ASFA) or equivalent or willingness to complete this
  • RG146 Superannuation willingness to complete this
