Service Support Officer APS3

Synergie Australia is seeking a Service Support Officer (APS3) for a trusted Federal Australian Government Department based in Phillip ACT.

The important parts:

• Pay:$48$53per hour Super Duration:2-yearcontract
• Hours:MondayFriday Standard APS business hours
• Applications close: Sunday 3rd of May

What you will be required to do:

Youll be the first point of contact for clients accessing the departments services and provide vital administrative and operational support to a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• Deliver highquality customer service in person via phone email and SMS
• Manage client enquiries and appointments using the Client Management System
• Provide frontline administrative support for incentre and regional service delivery
• Support coordination of group programs meetings and community events
• Prepare and distribute correspondence related to referrals appointments and services Liaise with internal teams external health providers and stakeholders
• Perform data entry records management invoicing and workflow tasks
• Support Practice Managers with reporting QA activities and operational data
• Assist with daytoday office operations including travel deliveries and facilities requests

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have experience supporting service delivery operations in a health and/or government environment
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be confident in customerfacing administrative or service support roles Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Hold Australian citizenship (mandatory)
• Hold or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration OR Working with Children Check
• Hold or be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance
• No formal qualifications required ability accountability and professionalism are key
