An independent property company in Isleworth is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in the property industry with full training and support provided. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process gaining valuable experience while working in a fast-paced office environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Supporting the team with daily lettings activities
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assisting in generating new business opportunities
• Handling enquiries via phone email and in person
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times

• Interest in starting a career in property or estate agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident professional and well-presented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Good organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of the local area (helpful but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Good standard of spoken and written English
