Job Summary

As our Webcare Specialistwith Polish you will handle customers reviews making sure that customers bad experiences with our brand doesnt impact our business reputation. You are the voice and face of vidaXL for the customers who share their experience with our brand on social media reviews sites 3rd party sales channels or any other unrelated websites.

You will:

  • Handle reviews (all type) and posts left by our customers on the following channels:

    • Social Media

    • 3rd Party Sales Channels

    • Reviews sites

    • Other (Eg: blogs)

  • Reach out to customers via phone and email.

  • Act as an ambassador of vidaXL with customers.

  • Understand customers issues and the root cause generating their bad experience and provide a satisfactory solution.

  • Report regularly to your Team Lead patterns issues you notice and need improvements for a better experience of our customers.

  • Together with your Team Lead and your team support Channel Management with Webcare related data in order to ensure improvements.

We ask:

  • Of course you need to speak English and Polishfluently to serve our customers as effectively as possible

  • It is also important that you live in Romania and are allowed to work in Romania otherwise you will not be able to join our team;.

  • One day/month to work from our office inCluj-Napoca;

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability

  • Customer Service experience

  • Ability to find a balance between keeping both customer and business happy.

  • Analytical thinking for spotting trends and patterns.
