Job Summary
Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer
In-house permanent hybrid close to Wroclaw
As part of ongoing IT modernization our client is strengthening network and security capabilities to build a resilient standardized and future-ready infrastructure in their Shared Services Centre close to Wroclaw.
Tasks
- Configure and maintain secure network infrastructure (LAN WLAN WAN VPN ZTNA DMZ NAC Proxy).
- Support network devices and services (switches wireless firewalls proxy NAC).
- Monitor and optimize network performance and security.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and change records.
- Manage firewall rules access control and network segmentation.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Support security improvements and compliance audits (ISO 27001 GDPR).
- Provide 2nd line support through the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Full professional English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused proactive and reliable mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility for occasional off-hours or weekend work.
