Job Summary
Pay: $21.00$25.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) 30-minute unpaid lunch
Looking to start your career with a growing company Westside Medical Supply is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DME Sales Coordinator I to join our team! What Youll Do
In this role youll be a key part of our sales and billing process helping ensure customers receive the equipment they need - quickly and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls related to sales orders and customer inquiries
- Gather customer and insurance information
- Support the Sales team by processing new orders and requests
- Enter sales orders into Brightree/Nymbl and maintain accurate records
- Verify insurance coverage and follow up on authorizations
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Billing and Warehouse
- Assist Customer Service and front desk operations when needed
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working with multiple systems and learning new processes
- Ability to travel occasionally between our Gates and Brighton locations
Preferred Experience
- Medical insurance verification
- Submitting prior authorizations
- Corresponding with doctors offices
- Review of medical documentation including chart notes
- Review of insurance guidelines and qualifications
- Experience with HCPCS and ICD-10 coding
