Job Summary
Owns core HR operations across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. Blends coordination systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run onboarding background checks and new hire programs
- Manage exits and offboarding workflows
- Administer benefits and maintain HRIS data
- Support HR reporting audits and compliance
Core Duties
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Generate HR reports (headcount attrition compliance)
- Support benefits enrollment and queries
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in regulated/high-tech environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- High attention to data accuracy and compliance
Preferred Skills
- Life sciences/medical device exposure
- HRIS and reporting tools experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
