JOB TITLE: Data Analyst
LOCATION: Grand Prairie TX (Telework < 50% Onsite Mon Wed Remote Thurs)
PAY RATE: $61.83/hour (OT eligible)

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Design build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives

• Develop train and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive use cases

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and communicate findings to stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements

• Perform data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation

• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance

• Ensure data quality integrity and governance across systems

• Stay current with emerging trends in AI machine learning and data technologies

• Develop AI tools/bots to enhance team efficiency and accelerate trend identification

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Must be able to read and write English

• Must pass a required medical exam per supplier guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in data analysis and trend analysis

• Experience in quality analysis and data validation

• Strong software development and programming skills

• Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
