Payroll Analyst Full-Time Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support enterprise-level payroll operations in a fast-paced multi-client environment. This is a full-time onsite position in Oak Brook IL working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.46 to $40.86 along with stock options and profit sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume multi-client payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Configure and validate General Ledger (GL) setups
- Support billing and invoice-related inquiries
- Handle banking functions including direct deposit reclassifications
- Assist with daily treasury reconciliation processes
- Process reversals and re-EFT transactions
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and ensure compliance
Client Systems & Implementation Support
- Support onboarding validation activities for new clients
- Validate benefit plan configurations
- Participate in payroll system demonstrations as assigned
- Provide enterprise-level payroll knowledge and system support
- Contribute to improving implementation quality and operational workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience preferably in a multi-client or high-volume environment
- Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience improving processes and streamlining workflows
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Self-driven organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
