Description
- The State of Michigan is looking for: System Analyst 3
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Experience as a Business Analyst (3 years) - Please note candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3 years) - Please note candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3years)
- Understanding of BA QA DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3 years)
- Experience with creating product roadmap (3 years)
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3 years)
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g. FIGMA Visio) (3 years)
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
- Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to convert to fulltime with SOMI in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan.
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1 two days a week (required in-person days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - Please note the first month of work will be onsite 5 days/week for onboarding.
- Local candidates ONLY. Must be located within 1 hour of Lansing MI at time of submission.
