Job Summary
Job Title: LVN / LPN - Outpatient Clinic - Auto Offer
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Lacey WA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Working hours - Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Total hours - 40

True Travelers or Locals OK! 5x8s or 4x10s approved.
Clinicians MUST verify they are okay with floating 3-4x per month to Aberdeen (954 Anderson Dr Aberdeen WA) and Centralia (2015 Cooks Hill Rd Suite 200 Centralia WA) as needed for coverage. LPN will primarily work at the Lacey location. Mileage will not be reimbursed.
**Interview will be required before offer***
This position is located at an Oncology Center in Lacey WA. LPN will provide patient/family education and support assess vitals pharmacy calls handle labeling of specimens and assess/document patient pain & concerns for provider.
