- Serve as the primary IT support provider for users across a global enterprise
- Provide technical support across multiple IT disciplines including:
- Windows Workstation
- Windows Server
- MS Exchange
- Linux
- Network switches
- Telecommunications
- Own and manage service requests ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain overall customer satisfaction by resolving IT issues independently or escalating as needed
- Demonstrate strong interest and background in:
- PC hardware
- Desktop operating systems
- Network functionality
- Work as a contractor supporting various technology platforms and environments
- No background check or drug screen required
