Job Summary
Job Summary (Oracle Invoice-to-Cash Functional Consultant):
- Lead functional workshops for Invoice-to-Cash (ITC) processes within Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM Cloud.
- Analyze current-state receivables and billing then design future-state ITC flows aligned with Oracle best practices.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Receivable (AR) Order Management (OM) Advanced Pricing Credit Management AutoInvoice Revenue Accounting (RMCS) and related setups.
- Develop and maintain documentation: Business Process Design (BPD) Configuration Workbooks Functional Design Specs (FDS) end-to-end ITC process documentation.
- Support customer master data setup transaction types invoicing rules accounting rules receipt methods lockboxes tax integration and revenue recognition.
- Validate ITC integration with other modules: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Record-to-Report (R2R) Procure-to-Pay (PTP) SCM Tax and EPM.
- Collaborate with integration teams to define and test interfaces (orders invoices receipts credit memos revenue customer balances) using OIC FBDI REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support AutoInvoice receipt processing bank lockbox payments adjustments write-offs disputes and collections workflows.
- Ensure accurate Subledger Accounting (SLA) for AR including revenue tax freight and adjustments postings to GL.
- Manage ITC-related data migration (customer conversion open AR balances invoices receipts historical revenue).
- Create and execute test scenarios for SIT UAT regression and end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles.
- Validate ITC accounting accuracy in AR subledger SLA rules RMCS postings and GL reconciliation.
- Support multi-currency multi-ledger and multi-region Oracle Cloud environments.
- Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess ITC process impacts.
- Communicate with stakeholders and document functional processes and updates.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (AR/OM/RMCS).
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Engineering or related.
- 10 15 years of ERP experience 7 years in Oracle Fusion Financials (ITC focus).
- Expertise in Order-to-Cash/Invoice-to-Cash billing revenue recognition and collections.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AR AutoInvoice receipts lockbox SLA configuration and RMCS.
- Familiarity with integrations (OIC FBDI REST/SOAP APIs) and ITC reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher).
- Experience with data migration for customers AR balances invoices receipts.
- Experience supporting multi-currency multi-ledger multi-region implementations.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud Financials Certification in AR/OM/RMCS.
