Job Summary (List Format):

- Work within the Energy Managements Commodity Operations team to review optimize and automate existing operational processes.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: assess current workflows define and prioritize improvements design solutions and build final deliverables.
- Gather and critically evaluate business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Document current and future state business requirements ensuring clarity and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external teams to develop functional and technical requirements.
- Design and document functional specifications including GUI designs data flow diagrams and data mapping.
- Present revised functional and technical requirements to business stakeholders for review and approval.
- Develop and execute test cases (QA) based on business and functional requirements supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create and verify process support and knowledge transfer documentation to ensure sustainability and usability of solutions.
- Prioritize and implement process improvements based on business input and operational needs.
- Develop solutions using tools such as Excel VB Macros Power Automate and web scraping techniques.
- Provide transition support and knowledge transfer to Commodity Operations team after implementation.
- Maintain strong analytical data assessment and communication skills throughout project execution.
- Leverage 1-3 years experience in business automation processing; proficiency in business process automation tools required.
- (Nice to have) Experience with C# and/or a degree in Computer Science or related field.
