Job Title: System Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a System Analyst you will be responsible for gathering documenting validating and testing clear and unambiguous business requirements while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and the user community. You will examine current and future state business processes data and systems to guide requirements development and quality assurance activities while also supporting Agile delivery as a ScrumMaster using enterprise work tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows use cases user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Create test plans test scenarios and detailed test cases aligned to requirements.
• Execute functional integration and regression testing and track defects through resolution.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business partners.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify scope.
• Assist with system demonstrations training materials and production validation activities.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Strong experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for epics features user stories and lifecycle tracking.
• Solid understanding of BA QA and development roles and responsibilities.
• Experience creating as is and to be process documentation and business content.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and supporting Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Figma or Visio.
• Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
