Blended Case Manager (Carbon-Monroe-Pike Counties)

Starting Pay and Compensation:

• Base hourly rate:Up to $25 adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
• For hours over 25 weekly:Rate increases to an average of up to $28/hour.
• For hours beyond 33 weekly:Elevates to an average of up to $34/hour.
• Annual starting earnings potentialincluding base pay and additional incentives starting pay ranges from $45000 to $55000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation reflecting our commitment to rewarding our teams hard work and dedication.

Requirements:We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:

• Bachelors degreewith major course work in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology anthropology other related social sciences criminal justice theology nursing counseling or education;or
• Registered nurse;or
• High school diploma holdersand 12 semester credit hours in sociology social welfare psychology gerontology or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
