Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Quality Management Systems Specialist (Level 4) to support the Deputy Quality Management Representative (DQMR) team onsite in Seattle or Renton Washington.

We are seeking individuals who can lead Quality reviews of proposals contracts regulatory program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development; lead multi-function multi-site groups to develop company directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed; and lead stakeholders in analysis of process data metrics models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Candidates will evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations

  • Provides education coaching and review of Quality Management System with stakeholder managers and leadership

  • Develops and maintains relationships partnerships and communication with stakeholders peers partners suppliers and leadership

  • Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.

  • Works will internal and external compliance teams and regulators

  • Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)

  • 3 years of experience in REDARS

  • 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook Power Point Excel and Word

  • 3 years of experience working in a compliance related role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 years of experience developing corrective action plans to respond to internal/external audit inspections
