Job Summary

- Shift: - 3rd Shift - 10PM - 630AM
- Expected Pay Range: $29.33 - $34.00
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What Youll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the assigned shift to ensure safety quality and production goals are met.
- Monitor operations to maximize efficiency minimize downtime and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns and incidents during the shift escalating issues as needed.
- Partner with Quality Maintenance Warehouse and Inventory teams to support sanitation food safety and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Lead coach and develop shift employees including hiring training performance evaluations and daily work direction.
What Youll Bring
- At least one year of supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required with a four-year degree preferred.
- Manufacturing experience required with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred and demonstrated competencies in integrity accountability reliability and teamwork.
