Key Responsibilities
- Support and co-ordinate rental contracts
- Assist sales representatives in creating and converting opportunities
- Identify customer rental requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate product and technical information clearly and confidently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Apply sound sales and negotiation techniques to support deal conversion
- Work closely with the broader team to help achieve regional sales targets
- Provide professional support in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Be available for standby duties when after-hours rental arrangements are required
- Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing (Preferred)
- Strong SAP experience is essential
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales marketing customer relationships or a related internal sales environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and general administration confidence
- Professional approach in all dealings
- Valid drivers license
- Experience in compressors generators pumps nitrogen steam applications or related rental/product environments will be advantageous
